“Stand To” is both a precaution and a discipline-building exercise, ensuring troops remain vigilant even in routine or seemingly safe environments.
Our company is built on this concept- to be ready when our Veterans and their families need us the most.
Stand To Workshop is an organization focused on supporting veterans and their families, creating a platform to share their experiences while helping businesses create veteran safe workplaces.a
We provide resources, mentorship, and training to veterans and their spouses transitioning to civilian life, and work with companies to effectively onboard, support, and retain veteran employees.
Our goals are to bring awareness, help share our veteran’s stories, foster strong connections between veterans and businesses, and empowering both to build a successful and sustainable work environment.
